smart_import_ai is optional. If AI is off or fails, the deterministic fallback should still parse structured files. Re-upload. You remain responsible for the review.

There is no undo for apply. Deprecate or delete bad cases. Re-import carefully: applying twice can duplicate. Clean up extras.
