Connect the client before you deliver. They must approve the connection first.

Three ways

  1. Delivery ID SUA-XXXX-XXXX: they copy it from their org. You enter it on Deliver UAT / Clients.
  2. Connection code: another way to connect when the UI shows a code.
  3. Send invitation: email them in. If they have no account, this flow.

Then they approve

Status PENDING until they do. You cannot complete delivery on a pending connection. Other states: ACTIVE, REVOKED, DECLINED, BLOCKED. You must also have a delivery title and a project. Plan must allow delivery. Can’t deliver.
Ask for the Delivery ID when you ask for staging credentials.
