Delivery replaces the zip of screenshots plus a status email. You still did the testing. SimpleUAT freezes it and puts it in their inbox.

Connect the client

On Deliver UAT, connect in one of these ways:
  1. Paste their Delivery ID (SUA-XXXX-XXXX), verify, then request a connection.
  2. Enter a one-time connection code they gave you.
  3. Invite client to SimpleUAT if they have no account.
They must click Approve on Providers. Until then you cannot send. Connect a client.

Build a delivery snapshot

This is a frozen copy of the work at that moment. Later runs do not rewrite what you send. Snapshots.

Send the package

You need a title, a project, a connected client, and a plan that allows delivery. If the button fails: Can’t deliver.

They review

In UAT Inbox they can accept, accept with known issues, mark not ready, or request a retest. What the client sees.

Download a report if you need one

Reports are generated from the work you already logged, not a blank template. Formats depend on your plan. Exports.
There is no public status page for SimpleUAT. Whether the client is done lives on their review of the package.

Client has no account yet

Invite, they sign up, they approve.
