Skip existing if you already imported similar names. Create anyway duplicates. Freelancers almost always want skip.

Edit like it's yours

Because it is. Preconditions get this client’s URL and accounts. The pack stays in the catalog; the project copies diverge on purpose. You don’t maintain a master spreadsheet and a per-client copy by hand.
The catalog will not compute a trustworthy update available flag. Do not wait for “apply pack v2” on the project. Change the project tests, or install again carefully.
