Build delivery snapshot is like saving a PDF before you email it. You are not sending a live spreadsheet that someone can still edit.

Finish the work you mean to send

Complete the run. Put findings in a state you are willing to show. Empty runs make an empty package.

Connect the client first

They must already have approved you. If they are still waiting to approve, the snapshot cannot go to them. Connect a client.

Build the snapshot

On Deliver UAT, choose the client, the project, and a title. Click Build delivery snapshot. That copy will not pick up a later retest.

Check the preview, then send

Review the counts (passed, failed, findings, evidence). Then send the package. If send fails: Can’t deliver.
A retest round is a new run plus a new snapshot (or a new delivery to the same connected client). Do not promise you will edit the old snapshot. Why it is frozen: What a snapshot is.
