Active tester
You must be an active tester on the project (Assignments). “I own the org” is not always enough if you never assigned yourself. Wizard “mostly me” usually does this; manual setup often doesn’t.Environment
Cycle needs an environment with a realbase_url. Create on Environments (Add First Environment). If the list page won’t let you edit a typo, recreate.
Cases
Empty cycle = nothing to run. Includecase_ids. Cases should be active, not only draft/deprecated. Install a pack or Add First Case.

A draft cycle may not be what you want to execute. Move toward active. Archived cycles are the wrong place to start.Still no
