Delivery is the status email + zip + “please confirm.” Split into records so you aren’t versioning attachments.

Roles

You (provider): Deliver UAT, Clients, project work, Build delivery snapshot, Deliver UAT.
Them (recipient): UAT Inbox, Receiving UAT, Applications/Portfolio, review actions, exports their plan allows.

Dashboard may also list deliveries. Empty states can say Inbox or Deliveries: same pile, different labels.

Connect until ACTIVE
Do the testing (runs + findings)
Snapshot (immutable)
Deliver
They review
Optional exports (plan-gated)

If the send fails: can’t deliver.

Connect

Delivery ID, code, invitation.
