Statuses
PENDING | ACTIVE | REVOKED | DECLINED | BLOCKED
Client must approve before deliver. PENDING is the usual stall. Connection troubleshooting.
Invitation flow if they need to sign up: client has no account.
You can revoke later. BLOCKED/DECLINED means don’t keep retrying the same snapshot send. Fix the relationship first.
