Clients live in Jira. You don’t have to become their Jira admin. On findings and Integrations: generate/attach links from issue keys. This does not sync with Jira. No API import/export of statuses, no two-way comments, no “full Jira integration.” There is a Jira Importer CSV export from delivery (plan-gated) if they want to import issues. That’s a file, not a live sync. Exports. No Jira credentials required for links.

GitHub Issues

GitHub can create issues from defects using a personal access token and owner/repo on Integrations. That’s real create, not just a URL. Delivery also has GitHub Issues JSON/CSV exports (plan-gated) if they import instead of using the live integration.
