A snapshot is the freeze you used to make by copying the spreadsheet to a sent filename so nobody edited the sent version. Build delivery snapshot captures the work at that moment. It is immutable. New fails later belong in a new run and a new snapshot/delivery, not an edit of the packet you already sent. That’s why delivery can be reviewed (accepted, retest_requested, and so on) against a known set of results and findings. You still need an ACTIVE connection before the client receives it.
