Most small clients are not on SimpleUAT yet. You don’t have to wait until they are fully set up as a vendor.

Send invitation

From connect / Clients. Invite someone who can accept seeing your test results, usually the PM who hired you.

They sign up

They create an org like anyone else. Their org gets a Delivery ID for the future.

Pending connection resumes

You should not have to start from zero. The invitation/pending row is the same connection. They approve. Status ACTIVE.

Deliver as usual

Snapshot, Deliver UAT, they use UAT Inbox.
If they sign up with a different email than you invited, the link may not match. Resend or connect with the new org’s Delivery ID. Connection troubleshooting. They do not need your project editor access. Recipient is not teammate. Don’t add them as a viewer on your freelance org unless you intend to.
