Most small clients are not on SimpleUAT yet. You do not wait for them to become a vendor first. You invite them, they create a free account, then they approve you.

Send the invitation

Open Deliver UAT. Choose Invite client to SimpleUAT. Enter the company name and a contact email (the person who should see the results, usually the PM). Click Send invitation. Share the signup link if one appears.

They create an account

They sign up. During signup they can choose to receive UAT. Their workspace gets its own Delivery ID for later jobs.

They approve you

They open Providers, find your request, and click Approve. You do not start over. The invitation is the same connection. After they approve, they appear on your Clients list as connected.

Send the package as usual

Build a snapshot, then send. They review in UAT Inbox. How delivery works.
If they sign up with a different email than you invited, the link may not match. Resend the invite, or connect with the new workspace’s Delivery ID. Connection problems. They do not need access to edit your project. Receiving UAT is not the same as joining your team. Do not add them as a viewer on your freelance org unless you mean to.
