SimpleUAT shows updates in the sidebar so you don’t have to poll a sheet. New pills show up for:
  • Connection changes (they approved, declined, and so on)
  • Delivery / inbox activity
  • Retest requests
  • Comments on findings (the client replied)
That’s the “any update?” email, attached to the object. Open the item; don’t keep a parallel tracker. Founding/beta feedback flags are often off. Don’t expect an in-app “send product feedback” banner. Product problems: support@simpleuat.com. Slack webhooks (if enabled on your plan/flags) can also fire on run completion and defect alerts.
