  • Critical login works
  • Primary create/save works
  • No blocking console or banner errors
That’s a short go/no-go checklist, plus evidence and a delivery if they want a written record.

How to use it

Install into the release project. Point the cycle at the production-like environment (staging/impl, not local). Don’t expand it into full regression; that’s Regression Essentials or a thorough pack. If smoke fails, log findings with severity that matches launch risk (blocker / critical). Don’t mark a down environment as a skipped case.
