# A feature is missing

> Hidden buttons are usually plan limits, feature flags, or a viewer role, not a down status page.

Before you assume SimpleUAT "doesn't have X":

## Plan

Exports, pack JSON/AI, codebase setup (Pro+), some integrations. **Billing & Plan** to `/settings/billing`. [Plans](/account/plans). This is not a pricing page.

## Flags

Founding/beta **feedback** and some integration flags are **often off**. Slack webhooks, extra AI, copilot-looking sample copy may be decorative or disabled. If a dashboard widget looks like an AI copilot demo, it may not be a shipping control.

## Role

**Viewer** cannot create projects, start the meaningful setup, or deliver. You need a role that can test/manage. [Organization](/account/organization).

## Not built (these are not in settings)

* Full Jira API sync
* Save pack from project
* Pack auto-update apply (`update_available` is never really computed)
* Session recording
* SSO
* Public status page (Admin System Health is **staff-only**)

[Still stuck](/troubleshooting/still-stuck) if you have a paid plan, the right role, and the button is still gone.
