# Connection problems

> Fix pending approvals, wrong Delivery IDs, declined or blocked connections, and invitation email mismatches.

Connections are how two organizations share UAT. Delivery cannot complete until the connection is **ACTIVE**.

## PENDING forever

They haven't approved. Resend the invitation. Confirm they signed in to the **org you invited**, not a leftover org. [No account](/delivery/client-no-account).

## Wrong Delivery ID

Format `SUA-XXXX-XXXX`. Using **your** ID connects you as the recipient. You need **their** ID to send. Copy and paste the ID. Do not type it from a screenshot.

## DECLINED / REVOKED / BLOCKED

They said no, or someone ended it. Send a new invitation or a new ID after you agree by email or chat. Don't look for a secret unblock screen; there isn't a public status page either.

## Code vs ID vs invite

Three valid doors. Don't mix a stale code with a new org. Start one path and finish it.
