# Client doesn't have an account

> Send an invitation. They sign up, the pending connection resumes, then they can approve and receive UAT.

Most small clients are not on SimpleUAT yet. You don't have to wait until they are fully set up as a vendor.

    From connect / **Clients**. Invite someone who can accept seeing your test results, usually the PM who hired you.

  <Step title="They sign up">
    They create an org like anyone else. Their org gets a Delivery ID for the future.

  <Step title="Pending connection resumes">
    You should not have to start from zero. The invitation/pending row is the same connection. They **approve**. Status **ACTIVE**.

  <Step title="Deliver as usual">
    Snapshot, **Deliver UAT**, they use **UAT Inbox**.
  </Step>

If they sign up with a different email than you invited, the link may not match. Resend or connect with the new org's Delivery ID. [Connection troubleshooting](/troubleshooting/connection).

They do **not** need your project editor access. Recipient is not teammate. Don't add them as a viewer on your freelance org unless you intend to.
