# Plans and upgrades

> Plans include Free, Solo, Pro, Agency, Client Pro, and Client Business. Upgrade at /settings/billing. This is not a pricing page.

This page is **when a button is missing**, not what it costs. Prices live on the website. In-app: **Billing & Plan** at `/settings/billing`.

## Plan names you'll see

**Free**, **Solo**, **Pro**, **Agency**, **Client Pro**, **Client Business**.

You may also see a **starter** slug in URLs or entitlements that people call Solo. Same family of "paid but not agency." If a feature appears under a different marketing name, trust **Billing & Plan** over a blog post.

## Things called out as plan-gated in this help center

* Pack **Import JSON** and **Generate with AI**
* **From my codebase** setup (Pro+)
* Delivery **exports** (PDF, Word, Excel, Jira CSV, evidence ZIP, and so on)
* Some **integrations** (Jira Links, GitHub Issues, Slack webhooks)

Codebase setup is explicitly **paid on Pro+**. Exports each have their own flags on top of plan.
