# Organization and team

> Your org holds members, billing, and the Delivery ID you share when you receive UAT. Projects live under the org.

Sign-up creates an **organization**. Freelance: that's usually just you. Agency: **Team Members**.

## What lives at org level

* Members and roles (a **viewer** cannot set up projects)
* **Billing & Plan**
* **Delivery ID** `SUA-XXXX-XXXX`: give this out when **you** are the recipient (a freelancer hired another specialist, or you're also a product team)
* Integrations tokens

Projects hang off the org. Switching org (if you belong to more than one) switches the whole sidebar.

## Receiving vs sending

Your Delivery ID is for **inbound** UAT. Sending uses **their** ID or an invitation. Don't paste your own ID into the connect box and wonder why you're delivering to yourself. [Connections](/concepts/connections).
