# Notifications

> Watch sidebar New pills for connection, delivery, retest, and comments so you don't keep a side status spreadsheet.

SimpleUAT shows updates in the sidebar so you don't have to poll a sheet.

**New** pills show up for:

* **Connection** changes (they approved, declined, and so on)
* **Delivery** / inbox activity
* **Retest** requests
* **Comments** on findings (the client replied)

That's the "any update?" email, attached to the object. Open the item; don't keep a parallel tracker.

Founding/beta **feedback flags are often off**. Don't expect an in-app "send product feedback" banner. Product problems: [support@simpleuat.com](mailto:support@simpleuat.com).

Slack webhooks (if enabled on your plan/flags) can also fire on run completion and defect alerts. [Integrations](/account/integrations).
